A JC Whitney™ exclusive! Extra-thick padding at the front of curtain wraps around the bottom for additional comfort. Vinyl straps (sewn onto the outer vinyl curtain covering) help hold the open-ear harness-style chin-strap retention system in place. Snap-on black bubble visor. Black ear vents. Aerodynamic, balanced design for comfort without high-speed wobble. One-piece injection-molded thermoplastic outer shell is shock and penetration resistant. Contoured-to-fit and foam-padded one-piece expanded polystyrene inner shell reduces impacts, improves comfort and contributes to the great fit. Protected painted finish features eye-popping graphics and colors. Easy to wear - help prevent that "closed-in" feeling. Deluxe tailored-to-fit liner for the ultimate in fit and comfort. Full-surround lining wraps around and fits up and against the front side and back of your head. Special sizing darts sewn throughout the lining (not just one or two points) and a specially-padded crown section ensure a snug yet comfortable fit. Lining is tailored from a soft, hypoallergenic and breathable black nylon microfiber that's both sweat resistant and moisture absorbent. Sanded-smooth outer shell is painted with premium-grade paint. Beautiful graphics are applied. Clear, high-gloss polyurethane top-coat finish adds depth while permitting easy soap-and-water cleanups. Strong black nylon chin straps with chrome-plated metal "D" rings. Black base trim. Meet or exceed DOT specifications.
