Return/Exchange Policy
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
Find the pre-authorized return form on the back of your order document included in your shipment.
Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and apply the label from the reverse side.
Complete the form entirely and enclose in package. If you no longer have the return form that came with your order, you can print a form now.
Ship prepaid via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS. Please retain your tracking number.

Back Order Policy
Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. We will advise you of any delays in shipping backorders. If we can't fill a backorder within a reasonable time, we will notify you and cancel the order.
